Classes
Chicken, Ribs, Pork and Brisket.
Contest Fee:
Entry is $170 for New Teams --- $145 for Returning Teams --- Larger Camp Space is Extra, includes entry into ALL six (6) main categories (Chicken, Ribs, Pork Butt, Brisket, Cook's Choice, and Dessert)

GENERAL INFORMATION
- Each cooker provides six (6) portions for presentation to the judges.
- Turn-In is Cook's Choice.
- Teams must use the contest container provided for turn-in.
- There is No Garnish Rule.
- Contest entries must be prepared on-site.

JUDGING
- Each contest entry is judged on:
- Appearance
- Taste
- Tenderness
- Participants are judged using a number system.
- The low end of the number system is 2 and the upper end of the number system is 9.
- Each cooker's score is tallied and totaled.
- The top 10 places are determined by the top 10 scores.
- Overall Score Tie-Breakers

Tie-Breaker Number One
- In case of a Tie in Overall Score, the higher score in the Taste Category determines the higher place finish.

Tie-Breaker Number Two
- In case of a Tie in the Taste Category Score, the higher score in the Tenderness Category determines the higher place finish.

Tie-Breaker Number Three
- In case of a Tie in the Tenderness Category Score, a coin flip determines the higher place finish.

PRIZE MONEY LIST
- Money is awarded to the top 5 places.
- 1st Place $400 + Award
- 2nd Place $300 + Award
- 3rd Place $250 + Award
- 4th Place $200 + Award
- 5th Place $175 + Award
- 6th Place $150 + Award
- 7th Place $125 + Award
- 8th Place $100 + Award
- 9th Place $75 + Award
- 10th Place $50 + Award
- Prize money will be awarded during the Awards Ceremony on Saturday.

- The Cook's Choice Category Turn-In is Saturday, 11:30am at the Community Building.
- Dessert Category

- Team's can use what they make the entry in/on, as their turn-in container.
- The team's entry number MUST be included with the dessert category entry at turn-in.
- Contest entries without a team entry number will not be judged.
- Garnish Rule is "Anything Goes"
- Contest entries must be prepared on-site.

Camp Site Information
- Standard Camp Site Size ---- 20' x 30'
- Oversized Spaces Available
- 30'x30' or 20'x40'
- Oversized spaces are $30 extra per space
- Oversized spaces are limited and assigned on a first come, first serve basis
